By using this website, sending us an enquiry, booking a service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Enquiries, surveys and quotations
Information on this website is for general guidance. Quotations are based on the information available at the time and on a site survey where one is carried out. Unless stated otherwise, a written quotation is valid for 30 days. Site surveys for new systems are free of charge unless agreed otherwise in advance.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro (€). Where prices are shown "ex VAT", VAT at the applicable rate is added at checkout and on your invoice. We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is confirmed. Installation, cabling, configuration and call-out charges are quoted separately unless included in a written quotation. Payment terms are as stated on your quotation or invoice.
4. Orders
An order placed through this website is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price is wrong, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
5. Delivery, installation and access
Delivery and installation dates are estimates and are agreed with you. You agree to give our technicians safe access to the site, a suitable power supply and any permissions needed (for example from a landlord or condominium administrator). Ownership of goods passes to you once they have been paid for in full.
6. Your right to cancel (consumers)
If you are a consumer buying online or at a distance, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, by contacting us in writing. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging, and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving them. This right does not apply to goods made or configured to your specification, to sealed goods that have been unsealed where they cannot be returned for hygiene or security reasons, or to services that have been fully performed with your agreement. If you ask us to start an installation within the cancellation period, you will pay for the work carried out up to the time you cancel.
7. Warranty and legal guarantee
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and, for consumers, by the legal guarantee under Maltese consumer law. Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion unless stated otherwise in your quotation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, power surges, unauthorised alterations or repairs, or failure to follow maintenance advice.
8. Security systems — important notice
Security, fire and access-control systems reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a break-in, fire, loss or damage will not occur. You remain responsible for keeping codes, passwords and access credentials secure, for keeping recordings and data in line with data-protection law (including CCTV signage), and for arranging appropriate insurance.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order or contract is limited to the price paid for it.
10. Your personal data and cookies
We use the details you give us (such as your name, email, phone number and address) only to respond to your enquiry, provide our products and services, and keep the records the law requires, in line with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act (Cap. 586). We do not sell your data. You may ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting us.
This website uses essential cookies to work (for example your basket and forms). With your permission, given through the cookie bar, it also uses Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to measure how the website is used and how well our adverts work. If you click "Reject", these are not used. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
11. Website use
The content, images and logos on this website belong to us or to our suppliers and may not be copied without permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners. We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
12. Complaints and governing law
If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we will do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the Maltese courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer. Consumers may also contact the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA).
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order or enquiry applies.
